Welcome back once again to the January Struggle of *Getting Fit & Keeping Fit*
We last left off on January 15th of 2016 with some good reaches towards improving steps… walking around and doing things… Work really does help. But I’ve noticed my weekends aren’t the greatest.
So let’s see how far I’ve gotten in steps…
January 16th 1,995 January 17th 873 January 18th 2,002 January 19th 5,206 I WAS ALSO WEIGHED AT MY DOCTORS APPOINTMENT 101.8 lbs January 20th 6,826 January 21st 7,025 January 22nd 9,942 January 23rd 2,863 January 24th 1,464 January 25th 7,802 January 26th 3,806 I WAS AGAIN WEIGHED AT MY DOCTORS APPOINTMENT 102 lbs January 27th 4,638 I lost weight from the 5th of January to the 19th I went from 104.2 lbs to 101.8 lbs and then gained a little bit of weight between the 19th of January and the 26th bringing me back up to 102 lbs. Oh the Joys of me! I'm looking to start 30 day work-outs if anyone knows any good one's please let me know as soon as possible so I can start planning them out with friends.
