What To Do:
Take the recalled pacifier holders away from infants and contact Playtex for instructions on how to return the product for a full refund. Customers can call Playtex toll-free at (888) 220-2075 or online at and click on Recall for more information.

I personally know I have a few of these that where given and that where bought, my son doesn’t use them all that much anymore but still scary to think about. Please pass this along to parenting friends, new mothers to be, new mothers who’ve just had babies so that they can be aware.
