Oven Baked Potatoes *Part II*

I’m a woman who love’s to use the same food over and over again and make it different each and every time… no I don’t always use a cook book or get my ideas from pinterest I just randomly have moments… and shockingly some of them come out good…

So here’s the other way I make my oven baked potatoes…. feel free to spice it up or lessen the spices or change it up feel free to use all my stuff.

What you’ll need:
– 5 to 6 potatoes
– knife
– cutting board
– butter (One Stick)
– corn oil or vegetable oil
– salt
– pepper
– oregano leaves
– basil leaves
– parsley flakes
– season salt
– marjoram leaves
– Italian seasoning
– cake pan
– pasting brush
– foil

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Cut potatoes into 1/4 size bite size pieces.
Drizzle oil in cake pan.
Cut butter into tiny slices and place in pan flat.
Add Seasoning mix (drizzle to your desire some may want more some may want less)
Take pasting brush and mix oil, butter and seasoning all over potatoes
Cover with foil and poke holes in foil to allow venting of steam

Cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour checking every 20 minutes to make sure food doesn’t stick to bottom of pan, to keep from sticking add more butter and oil.

Once done enjoy with what ever else you cooked, great for grilling, great with meats and great tag along for family function…
