Hatt’s Classic Chicken Roaster!
Hatt’s Classic Chicken Roast is simple and it’s easy! 
What you’ll need
Chicken Roaster (buy at Stop & Shop or Big Y)
Carrots
Celery
Potatoes
Campbell’s Chicken Broth
The Following seasoning
-Salt
-Pepper
-Basil
-Oregano 
-Parsley
-Marjoram
-Garlic 
-Italian 

Chicken… take out of package removed gizzards and rinse with warm water

Peal, rinse, and slice 

cut, rinse and dice 

wash, peal, wash, dice

SEASONINGS 

Campbell’s Chicken Broth (I used 1.5 can’s for chicken and rest for potatoes)

Preheat oven to 400 degree’s cook for 2 hours!

Preheat oven to 400 degrees, place food in oven and cook for two hours, remember to bast chicken with broth to keep from drying out and stir potatoes so they don’t stick. Remove foil after first hour and place a top leaving ventilation but for initial start I poked holes in the foil so I wouldn’t suffocate the food. 
Once done… enjoy! Easy and simple and mouth watering…
